Privacy Policy

This notice explains which personal data is processed when you use Hazır Rota, why it is processed and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and follows the same principles as the GDPR.

1. What data do we process?

• Account data: your email address and a secure, irreversible hash of your password.
• Travel preferences: budget, dates, party size, interests and the plans you create.
• Subscription data: which plan is active and when it ends. We never see or store card details; payment runs entirely through the App Store / Google Play, and no payment is taken on the web.
• Technical logs: error reports and a daily usage counter (to prevent abuse).

2. Why do we process it?

• To generate your personal holiday plan and destination suggestions,
• To create your account, keep you signed in and verify your subscription,
• To keep the service secure, fix errors and prevent abuse,
• To meet our legal obligations.

3. About the AI

Plans are generated by a large language model. These calls do not run on your device but through our own servers, and only the preference data needed to build the plan is sent to the model. The provider does not use this data to train models. AI output is a suggestion: prices, opening hours and availability must be verified before you travel.

4. Who do we share it with?

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Supabase — authentication and database,
• Anthropic — the AI model used to generate plans,
• RevenueCat, Apple, Google — subscription validation and payment.

5. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your plans and profile are permanently erased; only records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained for the period the law requires.

6. Exercising your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data. You can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete my account inside the app. For anything else, write to destek@hazirrota.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

7. Children's privacy

Hazır Rota is not directed at users under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

8. Changes

When this policy is updated the date on this page changes; for significant changes you are also notified inside the app.
