By using Hazır Rota you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Hazır Rota is an application that suggests holiday destinations and writes day-by-day travel plans with the help of AI. Hazır Rota is not a travel agency: it does not sell flights, hotels or tours and does not make bookings.
2. Nature of AI output
Suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Critical details such as prices, opening hours, availability, visa and transport information must be verified from official sources before you travel. Hazır Rota is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on its suggestions.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are offered weekly: Blue (₺150/week), Destination Set (₺250/week) and Premium Luxury (₺1,000/week).
- In the mobile app, payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Purchases are not currently available on the web; you can try the service there with the free allowance. Your account is the same on both platforms.
- A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.
- Cancellation is done in the store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.
- The free allowance in the Blue plan is granted once per user.
5. Fair use
Overloading the service with automated tools, reverse engineering it, attempting to access other people accounts or using it for unlawful purposes is prohibited. Accounts found to be abusing the service may be suspended. A daily request limit applies so the system stays responsive for everyone.
6. Intellectual property
The design, brand and software of the application belong to Vaya. You may use and share the plans generated for you freely for personal purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hazır Rota total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
